Still leads to a decision by a body that is notorious for bias
I would like to see black and white rules that can be applied without question of bias. When we're talking about a coach leaving or a player graduating, that is black and white. The other ones you mentioned are in grey areas and to be honest, if there is documented evidence that a player was abused in any of those ways, coaches, other players, etc should be gone as a result which could be the black and white factor.
I keep thinking about the story of the kid from GA who claimed he felt unsafe I believe because of racial issues.....but his sister was still enrolled there. That is the kind of BS that makes me question all of those types of excuses. Let's face it, the difference is whether they sit a year of playing sports if they don't get the waiver, it's not the death penalty.
