It's related because people's situations change. That's no reflection on


their commitment to a former team at all.

We all change. New surroundings, new people, new attitude. No reason to think a college kid doesn't have the same issues. They feel like there's a better fit, more power to them.

You did didn't you? Did you feel like your former colleagues should wish bad things on you?
