We knew they didn't have a great QB on their existing roster, so having a true freshman win the job means he's better than everyone else. Probably won't be a "world beater" this year, but bodes well for their future.

Only someone like Clemson's true freshman QB can have an immediate impact, and those guys are few and far between.
