I don't know about the 2nd amendment, but the supreme court has said in the


past that you can't violate decency for the sake of using your 1st amendment. For example, you can't just yell obscenities in public for the sake of saying "I'm just using my 1st amendment rights" Basically you have to have a real reason to do it.
