I know it is unrealistic


but we need a way to differentiate between what is technically legal by constitutional rights (and two people can reasonably disagree on whether it SHOULD be legal) and what an overwhelmingly majority of people on both sides of the technical issue would agree is just plain stupid.

I'm a 2A guy, and also agree there are mental health issues that could affect those rights for some people. Someone doing this a day after a shooting in a similar place may be perfectly within their rights, but also has at least one screw slightly loose. No good answer.
