Team matters when it comes to $$$ though

Not good when TDD earned less prize money than all but 1 of the 2nd tier teams that raced at the Tour.

Hopefully King has a solid Vuelta and can parlay his success there into a better situation. I don't follow regularly enough to understand why TDD decided to leave Cavendish at home, he's def. aged and his results have been subpar the last few years, but I imagine he's still their best sprinter and seems like that decision backfired with no podiums at the Tour.
