Larry Scott has tried to go east twice.

First he tried to get Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State to join the PAC12. That failed when DeLoss Dodds of Texas nixed that idea. Then the PAC12 said no to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State without Texas.

Then he signed up for a scheduling Alliance with the Big Ten to only have that nixed by the Presidents of the PAC12.

There doesn't seem to be much appetite for going East with the rank and file of the PAC12.

I think they need to enter Nevada and perhaps Idaho. And they need a distribution partner for that Network of theirs that can get it distribution in the east.
