Any of you loungers ever been to 5 Points Music in Roanoke?

We are going to a show there next week and have not been there before. Curious as to how the seating works. Our tickets don't have seat numbers so assuming the earlier you get there the better your seat? If anyone here knows how it works I would like to know. btw We ordered Mezzanine seats with vip upgrade.
