I view Buzz's trajectory very similar to Bill Foster's. Don't get me wrong, Buzz's ceiling was much higher than Foster's, but they took a similar path.

Both brought in a couple of really great classes, rode them to, relative to each's time at Tech, high success, then fell off in terms of recruiting, and left. One to much greener $$$$ pastures at aTm, and the other into retirement again.

Both left relatively empty cub-bards.
