I was cautiously optimistic about the hire, but...


His recruiting has blown me away! He didn't just surpass what I thought when he took the job so late in the process, but he's continued to impress!

His recruiting is as good, if not better than Buzz. We're practically starting with a "clean sheet" roster, but we shouldn't be "down" long.
