I looked at ND's schedule and the Duke game was the only away "ACC" game they had in 2019 that fit the bill for the network to show. The other was on Labor Day vs Louisville, so you know that is an ESPN game, leaving this one as the candidate.

One more click would have taken me to the page with ND's tv schedule that listed the game.
