I'm not sure we could justify a much larger capacity. We cant draw 20K/gm


Unless there is some population growth in Roanoke, Lynchburg, NRV and Shenandoah areas.

Perhaps there is an opportunity to build a facility that can host concerts and other events to increase the facility revenue? Cost sharing with Town? Would have to have the shameful curtains to hide portions of it when not fully utilized.
