Not sure I follow you. Im sure he gave it his all. Given his experience

and win/loss record he sure wasnt a very sought after Coach. In spite of his poor record his last few years at VT, I would have thought his prospects would have been much better than a JC job. As far as his bosses, I think they made the right call in replacing him. Last season proved them right.
