I went to Harrisonburg HS so I still try to keep tabs the Valley schools

as much as possible. I get why the School Board decided to build East Rock (supposed to have been huge growth from a new development). At the same time I was still surprised the School Board didn't wait until the development, which I believe ended up not happening, was already built or at least half way built before deciding to build a new County HS.
