the future looks good. It would be nice if the future were now but this is the normal transition when there is a new hire that we skipped or delayed because of our unique situation. Most coaches come into a bottom situation and year 3 might be when they are finally digging out of a hole. Fuente didn't have to start at bottom but he had to deal with the near inevitable dropped when the under-achieving talent he helped achieve left and the lack of depth showed up.
