Not Birmingham. It's drop Nashville for Jacksonville

The ACC and Big Ten were rotating with each other between the Gator Bowl and the Music City Bowl in the last agreement (linked). Now the ACC gets the Gator Bowl every year, and the Big Ten gets the Music City Bowl every year.

It makes sense to me. Jacksonville is in Florida. That's ACC territory. Tennessee is SEC territory. I kind of like limiting the Big Ten down to just 2 bowls in Florida. They get the Citrus and Outback with an occasional trip to the Orange. But when they go to the Orange, then the ACC now gets the Outback. The ACC gained in this scenario in Florida by giving up a few trips to Nashville.
