as for me, I just don't see him as a fit at VT
the guy just doesn't have the personality to sell
getting recruits to BBurg and getting donors on Board requires a salesman-FU is not the guy!
He either needs to get recruiters that can sell or he will not survive.
You cant have a losing program , an introverted personality and expect to make $3mm a year in college football!
