In many ways last years defense was not only, young, best two starters injured for most of the season, but the staff was at not functioning properly at all, as they safeties run coverage many times were in the same holes as the LBs... leaving gapping holes and long TD runs...
+/- Hamilton is an upgrade in the defensive backfield as well as a set of eyes that Bud trusts in the box...
