...payoff machine. The correct answer is to fight the NCAA from the beginning, like UNC. Deny everything, bar anyone from cooperating with any investigation, and leave suitcases full of cash on the door steps of the NCAA committee. It's the "UNC way," and NCSU can learn a lot by following it.
