Not knowing who your local cableco is

There are 3 national services carrying it already:

HuluTV
PSVue
DirecTV/DirecTVNow

Hulu TV, PSVue, and DirecTVNow are all streaming services and are no contract. DirecTV usually makes you sign a contract for the equipment install.

Cost:
Hulu TV $45 a month, has 7 day trial period
PSVue $55 a month with a 5 day trial period
DirecTVNow $50 or $70 a month with a 7 day trial period

If Cox doesn't add it, I'm probably going to do some sampling of the streaming services this fall.
