The 38-13 game in 1990 is the foundation for everything since


If UVa wins the toss, and defers to get the wind in the second quarter, we might still be stuck with the likes of East Carolina. That glorious 38-13 win on a beautiful windy sunny November day opened the door to Big East membership, which was the ticket to everything that has happened since.
