If you think he should be fired for going 8-4, that is silly in my opinion. I am not sure what everyone's expectations are but if you thought that there would not be bumps in the road in the transition from Beamer to a new staff you were being pretty naive. All in all I think he as been a pretty good coach, is he at a crossroads? maybe. But this team has been pretty mediocre for the better part of a decade now, and that is as much on Beamer as it is Fuente. I think if we course correct here some this year over last year, he solidifies his position to continue. 8-4 does that, heck even 7-5 does that IMO.

And for those of you who want him gone, who are we going to get that is going to magically start getting top 10 recruiting classes and get us in the playoffs in their second year?
