It was interesting observation about michigan coach

He came from Head coach at maryland, and our coach was the coach next at maryland... My question "did he win with the players from the other guy or did he recruit and develop.

actually, this is a similar case for basketball. Our coach comes from a middle of the pack program, mature guy and hired to make the program competitive in one of the toughest baseball conferences in america. This is getting to year 4, and really no significant improvement...
