Buzz only recruited big men to play one position. He attracted fewer big man, because he didn't try to attract too many big men. He wanted one big man and four others on the court. Buzz even commented about how if he had a true power forward at the four position he wouldn't know how to coach him. That just did not fit his system. Buzz was only going to put one big man on the court at a time no matter how many he had.
