Even if it does end strong, unless it doesn't end for 10+ years JHam has
next to no chance IMO. This is his first year as an actual position coach, yeah? I would be irate if we promoted THAT to DC. Heck, most were upset that we promoted Stiney to OC instead of going out and getting an "established" coordinator, and he had at least been a position coach for 9 years already, as well as experience as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator.
