At some point......


these "private" organizations will probably outsmart themselves administratively. Maybe they will avoid Title IX but, they may also change their status as a tax exempt enterprise and incur a lot more "business" challenges. There is a reason minor league operations are a much tougher business while college operations are more sheltered and secure. Privatize to avoid some problems and you may create a whole host of new problems.
