I guess I would consider waiting until actually experiencing


ramifications of the overcrowding to get pissed off.

I'd also question whether 1,000 extra students is really that big of a deal in the grand scheme...was 30k students going to be ok, but at 31k Blacksburg will be "overcrowded"?
