Talked with somebody "inside the program" and got the sense that:
- Attitude of the players is way more positive right now than the same time last summer
- More player leadership emerging
- Injuries were probably a bigger issue last year than anybody would let on, health of the team is better than it's been in a long time.
- Some areas that were big problems last year (defensive backs) are looking very strong right now

I'm hopeful about the 2019 season and beating the Hoos. This feels like a different team (in a good way) from 2018.
