I thought he was a good player when he played for Rome in Serie A. When

he transferred to MLS he became the slow, plodding player he is now. That has been MLS and USMNT “style” for a long time. I am really happy to see this new team shows real signs of change that the USMNT is moving away from that. They played fast. Weren’t scared to have the ball in crowded spaces. Displayed much better passing and vision. And they don’t always play it back.
