I am using the products from this company. The "balm" comes in a stick like a deodorant container and is rolled on to a particular area. Also they have "drops" that have the secret ingredient along with MCT oil (mid chain triglycerides...I had to list that as my degree is in Chemistry) which a quick google search will assure you is wildly beneficial. Chem analysis shown assures you that you are getting the real deal. Drops would probably be most effective for a systemic problem.....balm for local like my knees.
