A lot, and not much
If it's anything like how ESPN does the SEC and Longhorn networks, then there will be a part of the ACC Digital Network that will be a stream of the new ACCNetwork.
The rest of the Digital Network will be similar to ESPN3/WatchESPN which is on demand replays and other live ACC sports throughout the day. So, if on a Saturday there will be a football game on the "linear" channel, but you can choose from several soccer and field hockey games to also watch.
Being that it's a channel that is part of your cable package, you can take it with you when you travel in the US. Years ago, I was at the beach during the fall, and there was no NFL Network at the place we were staying. I was able to stream the game online with the NFL app because I had the channel as part of my cable package.
