I agree...we'd have to do both.
I don't think we've EVER outright owned the state. Even w/ Frank, we let other schools get our Virginia native kids (allow me to include Hargrave).

I've always thought we'd need to go out of state too; never said otherwise.

Yours is a good post w/ data & the UGa angle. Mine is/was a "imagine if" post..which presumed even more dominance than UGa gets.
