Do you know where you fall in the salary band for your level?

If you are not sure if you are below, at, or above the median for your level, then you would be negotiating blindly with your current employer. If you are at the top of the salary band, then you put yourself at risk and likely won't get anything more without a promotion. If you are lower in your salary band (talk to your coworkers at same level if you are friends), then you absolutely have room to ask for more.

But as fordham mentioned, it is a risk. And likely you are looking around and interviewing for more reasons than just salary. However, if it is only because of salary, then current job is very unlikely to match anything that is a raise of 10% or higher (unless the company really really loves you). Good luck.
