Setting yourself up to be replaced by your current company ASAP if you


stay.

They'll see it as the writing on the wall that you are going to leave, or keep pressuring for raises that they don't want to give you.

They'll find your lower cost replacement within 6 months, and you'll be out of job as well as your other job offer.
