But in reality he has generally taken the best player available regardless of where they are from. This is not a knock on Beamer...but...part of the reason we fell off is because we focused on VA so much. Even when the state didn't have what we needed at certain positions....we ended up with quite a few signees that only we wanted. A VA focus would handicap us now. I guess I don't feel like our state will ever be 30 to 35 deep with legit P5 caliber players ever again. We need a broader approach.
