without a significant more giving e.g. blue blood money or another lightning in a bottle e.g. Vick, VT will be about where they are now regardless of the coach. Sure is there a coach out there that can possibly do better sure but I am guessing they can be counted on one finger.

The best VT can do is get a guy like Fuente, recruit at the current level and hope that Fuente and staff can evaluate and develop 3* players. If we can reach the upper echelons with current funding/staff, then we can worry about why we don't pull in nothing but 5* and 4*.
