As recently as 2013, VT had more AD revenue than Clemson.....2014 and 2015


VT was pretty close to Clemson. After that Clemson widened the gap. Winning a couple of NCs helps obviously. It wasn’t the big revenue that got Clemson the NCs. It was the coaches and the recruiting. So under your theory, they must have been cheating. I’m all in with the Clemson model.
