If he really is ready to retire, I guess I don't feel like he is so fond of him he would put himself through a grueling season with recruiting etc. for one guy. Thats a lot to ask IMO. Many coaches do mean it when they say they will stay, but when faced with the reality of actually going through a season or retire, or given another opportunity at a better school with more pay, they change their mind.
