Yeah, Memphis has always had a lot of issues. I remember Baltimore in


the 50’s and 60’s - my maternal grandparents lived there up near Druid Hill Park. It was a fairly nice neighborhood. The last time I went through that neighborhood in the early 90’s I thought I might need a Rottweiler and a 357 magnum pistol if I got out of the car. Needless to say, we just kept driving until we got out of town.
