Really tough, but formula for VT is still the same.

Consistently recruit Top 25-35 classes, and develop that talent. So you bring in 3-star (or less) recruits, but by their junior & senior years, some of them are borderline NFL prospects.

Then you just need to get lucky, and land that once-in-a-generation player (Vick, Cam Newton, Herschel Walker). I know, easier said than done. But with Hampton/VB talent, there's always a chance. Doesn't even need to be Vick-level, I'd say Tyrod almost qualifies.

Also, now you need to win ACCCG, plus the semi-final. And that's the real dagger, going 11-0 isn't good enough anymore.
