For people that use a streaming service, I do think that will happen
However, I am not sure that will be the case for people who use cable or satellite (aka the traditional form of TV). For those people, they may have to access replays online or watch them at some hour in the middle of the night or during the day when most people are at work/school. The non-streaming replays will probably also include cutting part of the game (aka some ESPN employee appears on the TV and says the following during the broadcast, "Due to time constraints, we move ahead in action") so the game fits in a certain time slot. Basically the same thing ESPN is already doing now with its replays.
