If I was him, I would be looking for:

- A place where I can play meaningful basketball games,
- A place where I can get noticed by playing meaningful games,
- A system that showcases my strengths,
- A support staff that makes me better.

I would not want to play on a bad team. That would be my biggest concern, a team that doesn't have depth or good players so I'm constantly double teamed and overused. A team that isn't good enough to play deep into the post season.

Personally, if I was him, I would go play in Europe. I doubt he will ever play in the NBA, maybe the NBADL, but I would rather play basketball and make money for as long as I can before moving on to whatever career he chooses.
