That is what is funny about Miami..

everybody always includes them in the coastal contenders, however, their reputation is largely built off of results almost two decades old. VT had a good run in the Coastal from 2004 to around 2010 and Fuente put an outlier in there during 2016 but, Miami has largely been nothing in the Coastal and ACC in all their time in the conference. Right now the Coastal is essentially a collection of teams with no clear cut leader. The conference as a whole is Clemson and nobody is even close and the gap appears to be widening as opposed to narrowing. I agree with you, VT needs to reestablish itself as a major player in the Coastal and then work from there.
