Play on the field must improve to raise those averages


I'm not talking about last year, but over the last decade.

Really think Fu is close to putting his optimal offense (including players) on the field, but the D needs to step up big time.

My projections: I expect very good offensive production (RW: 3K+ yards passing, 30+ Passing TDs, and him to rush for 6+ TDs). I also expect our defense to play better, specifically because we've removed most of the cancer bringing it down. I'm not 100% sold that it's fully removed, but don't think there will be a "loud, vocal minority" this season. The defensive leaders will actually step into their leadership roles and lead this defense on the long road back. I think they were doing that at the latter part of last season, but it will be nice to have that all season long.
