I think it would be fine to say I have two hours until my reservation. Technically, such a statement would be inaccurate -- I actually have 2 hours and 2 minutes until my reservation -- but no one (well, almost no one) would quibble over the two minutes.

Is it possible that Fuente was using the term "Top 25" colloquially? Would you correct me about having two hours until my dinner reservation? Fuente can say what he wants, people can believe what they want, and you can quibble over ONE spot on a ranking -- all these things can happen.
