Comcast actually purchased Sky

Comcast bought Sky earlier in the year from Fox.

This is why you now see the Sky Sports broadcast of the Premier League on NBCSN every Monday. I think you will see more Sky Sports programming integrated into NBCSN and the NBC Sports RSNs soon.
