But she will only be here one year. The program is not going to be built around her. Dara should be here for 3 more years and will be the leader. She was the only one last year really to show any leadership when the team was struggling. Emery also helped with that but they were the only two. Regan was great but being a leader wasnt really her personality type which is fine. Not everyone has that natural ability and everyone has their own role. That is what makes a team.
