Will any of our DE’s command a double team? I need double digits sacks from somebody! Or it’ll be another year of talking about how we are young and the future is bright. We need a pass rush. I’m just afraid it won’t matter much if we are terrible against the run. Really interested in seeing how we handle the BC ground game. More worried about interior DL though for sure. DE technically has decent star ratings but now it’s time to let the highly ranked individuals prove their worth. I’m thinking we need a top 50 defense to win 10+ and even with the schedule I’m struggling to see how we consistently keep even the most mediocre of offenses under control. Hopefully all the experience from last year pays off but this D is a couple years away from being respectable still, IMO.
