Men's tennis question

There's a tennis prodigy in the Mexican town I lived in. He's played in the Orange Bowl junior tournament twice, won several matches. He played in an ITF tournament in El Salvador last week, will play in one in Guatemala next week.
He's entering his senior year in HS, and wants to play in the US on a scholarship. He took the SAT recently, hasn't gotten the scores yet. The HS he goes to isn't much of a challenge, so he's been taking online learning US HS courses in the evening.
His dad, who I know pretty well, has some interest in VT and the ACC. So, some questions:
- How many scholarships does VT hand out for men's tennis? (In this case, 80% would be sufficient.)
- Do varsity tennis players at VT have access to an indoor training facility? And what's the indoor facilities situation at other ACC schools?
