Well you have to think the two years after his departure would have been

better. I would wonder what he would have done with more resources.

He had some fatal flaws, but I'm appreciative of his teams, they were fun to follow.

I feel like the difference b/n Seth's good teams and Buzz's good teams is that Buzz's teams didn't lose to teams they should have.(for the most part) At least in comparison. I'm not sure more years at the helm would have changed that.
